For the longest time, I've been shying away from fondant because I find it very intimidating.
This time, however, my curiosity and my thirst for learning is taking over intimidation. Last night, I was watching YouTube videos related to fondant-making and I thought that this should be one of my goals for 2014-- learn how to make fondant and decorate a cake with fondant.
I have to start looking for glucose syrup and glycerine now... and perhaps a pastry mat too (because I don't have a good working surface here at home).
