Because a certain article in Buzzfeed triggered my craving for chocolate chip mint, I decided to make some chocolate chip mint cupcakes. Thankfully, my family likes chocochip mint so I didn't have to worry about leftovers. I was very careful not to add too much peppermint extract lest I want to get comments like "It tastes like medicine!" or "It tastes like toothpaste!" Lol.

I also made some cupcakes without the mint so that people who don't like chocochip mint can still eat. :) This batch went to the office. I intentionally colored the frosting pink even if most of my co-workers are guys haha. Too bad the cupcake liners are translucent so the color cannot be seen. They're also pink, actually.
